Community Service
In recognition of the importance of community service, Saudi Mining Polytechnic offers community programs and services that strengthen the local community's knowledge economy. For example, the Polytechnic regularly holds a safety exhibition in recognition of the importance of safety in the community, and opens the doors of its House of Knowledge to the community to encourage reading in all fields and through varied methods.
In addition, the institute organizes summer cultural programs to train young people in knowledge, skills and recreational content, and encourages a culture of creativity and innovation through its digital fabrication lab, which fosters creativity among Saudi youth and gives them the opportunity to bring their ideas to life.

Culture and ReadingThe Polytechnic opens the doors of its House of Knowledge to the community to encourage reading in all fields and through varied methods, within quiet sessions and print and digital learning resources serving all age groups.
Seasonal ProgramsSummer programs that make productive use of youth vacation time by training participants in knowledge, skills, and recreational content, and developing their communication, teamwork, and scientific discovery skills in a stimulating environment.
Innovation and CreativityThe lab fosters a culture of creativity and innovation among Saudi youth and gives them the opportunity to bring their ideas to life through 3D printing, laser cutting, and prototype fabrication.
