Clear Criteria That Ensure Trainee Readiness

Saudi Mining Polytechnic has set general admission requirements to ensure the enrollment of trainees capable of completing an intensive training program that combines classroom, laboratory, and field training, culminating in an employment opportunity with one of the partner mining companies.

Requirements include academic qualification, National Center for Assessment scores, age, full-time availability, and medical fitness. It is recommended to verify the validity of aptitude and achievement test scores and ensure the file is complete before applying, to avoid disqualification during the screening stage.

General Admission Requirements

Nine Requirements for Applicants

Saudi Nationality

The applicant must be a Saudi national, verified using national ID data.

Age

The applicant's age must not exceed 23 years as of the application date stated in the admission announcement.

Academic Qualification

Holding a general secondary school certificate in the scientific track with a percentage of no less than 80%.

Aptitude Test

Holding a valid General Aptitude Test result from the National Center for Assessment with a score of 65% or higher.

Achievement Test

Holding an Achievement Test result from the National Center for Assessment, with the score considered in ranking applicants.

No Current Employment

The applicant must not hold a current job or be enrolled in other studies or training programs.

Full-Time Commitment

The applicant must be fully available for training throughout the program, including on-the-job training.

Medical Fitness

The applicant must be medically fit to work in mining and plant environments, as confirmed by the approved medical examination.

Not Currently Receiving HRDF (Hadaf) Support

The applicant must not be currently receiving support from the Human Resources Development Fund — Hadaf.

During Training

Program Benefits

Monthly Salary

A monthly financial stipend paid throughout the training period.

Housing or Housing Allowance

Furnished housing or a cash allowance as specified in the program announcement.

Medical Insurance

Medical coverage provided by the employer for the trainee.

Social Insurance

Registration of the trainee in social insurance from the start of the program.
