3 stages toward mastery

A carefully planned path from foundation to employment

Career progression is a program in which the trainee advances gradually through three stages. The first stage begins in year one with courses in English, general life skills, safety, computing and chemistry. The trainee is then promoted to year two, after successfully completing year one, to study the specialized courses of their program. This path culminates in on-the-job training inside mines and plants, so the trainee graduates ready to take up their job immediately.
