Innovation & Digital Transformation Department

The Innovation & Digital Transformation Department leads the institute's institutional and technical development initiatives, working to instill a culture of innovation across skill-based, technical, and knowledge domains, and to raise the efficiency of services and the beneficiary experience through integrated, measurable digital solutions.

The department oversees the digital fabrication lab as a space for turning creative ideas into practical models and applications, and for supporting innovators among the nation's young men and women. It also develops the digital transformation roadmap and explores opportunities for automation, process improvement, and the adoption of modern technologies in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the institute's strategy.
