Human Resources Department

The Human Resources Department works to attract and recruit trained, qualified talent, particularly expertise related to technical training and the mining sector, and to build a work environment that fosters stability and productivity and motivates institute staff to actively contribute to achieving its strategic goals.

The department develops the systems, policies, and procedures that facilitate work operations and strengthen professional ethics and institutional commitment, alongside workforce planning and performance management. It also sets training and development plans for staff and trainers, and follows up on providing the resources, equipment, and facilities that support them in performing their duties efficiently.
